Who processes your data

What data and why
When you fill in the contact form we use your name, email address, optional phone number and company name, and your question. Only to contact you and discuss your project. Legal basis: your own request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Who we share it with
With the service providers that run the website and our customer system for us (Vercel and HighLevel). Some are in the United States; transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. If you choose to go ahead, also with the installer who carries out your project.
How long
For as long as we handle your request. If no contract follows, we delete your data no later than 12 months after the last contact.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability: email privacy@adaptopower.nl. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Cookies
Without your consent we load no analytics or advertising cookies. If you click Accept, we load Google Analytics (_ga, 2 years) and the Meta pixel (_fbp and _fbc, 90 days). Your choice is stored in your browser.
